Area 2 of 7 · Forest feel, minutes from town

Iron Springs Corridor, Prescott AZ

West of town and home to some very charming, popular communities. This area typically has a forest feel without being too deep in the woods, and you're only minutes from town. Keep heading out Iron Springs and you'll reach Skull Valley, a true ranching community.

InsuranceFire insurance has become an increasingly large cost in some of these neighborhoods. Getting quotes before going under contract is a great idea.
WaterSome of these communities have private water companies and septic, while others have access to City utilities.
